Shipping & Returns

ORDERS

All orders are subject to product availability and credit verification.  Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order for shipment.  In addition, shipping and delivery times will vary depending on your preferred shipping method.  Please note that certain products and brands may not qualify for express mail shipping.

SHIPPING

Awra Boutique ships to all 50 states and Washington, DC.  Standard shipping is free on all orders of $100 and up.  A flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 applies to all orders under $100.  Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent via USPS First Class Mail only.  We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or addresses outside of the United States.

All orders are insured while in transit until delivery.  Signature on delivery is required on all packages over $500.  We are not  responsible for any unanticipated shipping delays, including carrier and/or weather related delays. 

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it as provided below:

    1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt;
    2. Merchandise must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and original tags attached, including any Awra Boutique hangtags);
    3. Shoes must be unworn and in the original and undamaged shoebox; 
    4. Jewelry must be unworn and returned with all original packaging;
    5. All swimwear returns must have hygenic liners still intact; and
    6. Merchandise marked "final sale" cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  For your protection, we recommend shipping returned merchandise via a traceable carrier and to insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise.  Awra Boutique will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.  We also reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

CUSTOMER RETURN PROCESS

Please follow the steps below to submit a return request:

    1. Log into your account via the My Account tab on the top right-hand corner of our homepage;
    2. Go to the Completed Orders link and click the Return Item(s) button;
    3. Fill out the following items on the return request: quantity to return, return reason, return action (optional) and comments (optional); and
    4. Click submit Return Request to complete the process.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
