ACCOUNT & ORDERS
You do not need an account to shop from our site. You can checkout as a guest or you may set up an account with our store. As an account holder, you may:
- Track orders and review past purchases;
- Gain exclusive access to member sales, promotions and events when you sign up for our newsletter;
- Save your billing and delivery preferences for faster checkout; and
- Edit your profile preferences.
Orders are processed pending product availability and payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
Also, because of the relationships we have with our brands, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only - not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
Shopawra is a hybrid online marketplace. This means that we carry some items in stock and others are provided by our brand partners. For items that our brand partners carry, we make every effort to keep our inventory synced and up-to-date with that of our partners. In the rare instance that the item you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Change My Order
- Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. We can, however, cancel an order before it is processed.
- Cancel My Order
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to cancel the order once it has been processed.
- You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
- Once your order has shipped, a confirmation e-mail with tracking information will be sent to you.
- The number will also be available in your Shopawra account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the order and provide a photo of the damage.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.
Shopawra is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties.
All items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout.
We currently only charge sales tax on all orders shipping to California. The tax amount will be displayed during checkout.
