At this time, Shopawra only ships to the United States (excluding U.S. territories), APO/FPO addresses and Canada. We offer the following shipping options:

- Please note that the actual shipping method, carrier and delivery time will vary depending on the brand partner.
- We do not currently offer the option to expedite shipping. If you need your item sooner, please contact us and we will do everything we can to work with the brand to get it to you as soon as possible.
Change Order and/or Delivery Address
Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. However, please contact us and a member of our team will try to work with the brand to accommodate your request. Kindly note this is not guaranteed as some of our brand partners have very short order processing windows.
- Shopawra is happy to offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all refundable items that are sent unworn and undamaged, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has undergone a quality control check.
- Refunds are usually issued within 14 days. However, it may take some brand partners longer to process the return.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the brand offers free returns. Alternatively, if you want us to send you a pre-paid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shopawra reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds and to update this policy at any time without notice. These items are not eligible for refund and will be denied:
- Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, earrings, hair accessories, bodysuits and beauty products;
- Personalized, customized or bespoke items;
- Returns received outside of our 14-day window;
- All items listed as final sale;
- Gift cards;
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains; and
- Shoes without the original box - the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps.
Items Purchased as Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Return Instructions - United States
- If a pre-paid return label was included with your package, please use this label to return the item.
- If a pre-paid return label was not included with your package, please log into your account to process the return.
- If you checked out as a guest and a pre-paid label was not included with your package, please contact us to process the return.
Return Instructions - Canada
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery to process a return of a refundable item. A member of our team will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the item.
- Original shipping charges, taxes and duty fees are non-refundable.
- Please note that you will also be responsible for any return shipping charges.
